How to use:
Apply Jacky M laminating primer on lashes after they have been cleaned with Jacky M makeup cleanser and Jacky M eye lotion. Use Jacky M micro brushes to apply the laminating primer on natural lashes. Apply enough primer to laminate on two microbrushes and apply it gently to eyelashes. Place one of the brushes under the eyelashes and the other on the top of the eyelashes. Then spread the laminating primer evenly over your eyelashes.
