Cosmetic product in the treatment against onychomycosis. The nails of the hands and feet can be subject to onychomycosis. This is an infection caused by microorganisms that live in hot and humid environments, such as swimming pools and showers. They can penetrate the skin through microscopic cuts or due to a small separation between the nail and the nail bed. Onychomycosis can manifest as a whitish or yellowish spot under the tip of the fingernails or toenails. When the fungus spreads deeper under the nail, it can cause the nail to discolor, split and delaminate. Clarissa's Save the nail product is an adjunct to drug therapies against onychomycosis.
Direction for use: apply the product directly to cleaned nails daily for 8 days with layering. Then remove with nail polish remover. Do not apply nail polish during treatment.
