A blue lightening powder supra with a special protective complex of amino acids and sugars to lighten up to 9 tones without yellowish tints, while preserving the hair structure as much as possible. Easy to apply and suitable for all lightening techniques.
Directions: Wear protective gloves. Mix in a non-metallic bowl supra BB Color Blonde with oxidant BB Oxygen Cream in a 1:2 ratio. Apply to dry hair and leave on until desired level of lightening is reached, but no longer than 40 minutes.
