Secretly Professional ECO LIQUID Rubber base Collection is a series of bases with medium liquid consistency.

Features:

Medium liquid consistency. Not too runny, but not too thick either, making it easy to apply.
Low viscosity. Does not cause puffing or wrinkling.
Plasticity. Allows the nail to bend and move without cracking or peeling.
