Neutral Color Activator is added to hair color as a base; for tinting; to even out color from root to tip, and in cases of more than 50% gray hair. Mixed with other tints, it reduces its concentration giving it a lighter pastel effect. For maximum effect, to protect against chemical aggression during colouring and lightening, to strengthen the colour and enhance its shine and to ensure deep hydration of the hair, we recommend using in combination with Amminoplex serum.
