Secretly Fairy Dust Chameleon Pigment #1

A pigment with a metallic "chameleon" effect that changes colour when viewed from different angles. The attractive effect is achieved when the fine pollen is placed on a gel polish base colour of choice. It is applied over an already applied and baked top coat without a sticky layer. The microparticles capture the base color applied under the pigment, reflecting the light in different shades. After rubbing the pigment into the nail, seal with top coat. The sample in the picture was applied to a black base + top coat without a sticky layer.
