Secretly Fairy Dust Chameleon Pigment #3

A pigment with a metallic "chameleon" effect that changes colour when viewed from different angles. The attractive effect is achieved when the fine pollen is placed on a gel polish base colour of choice. It is applied over an already applied and baked top coat without a sticky layer. The microparticles capture the base color applied under the pigment, reflecting the light in different shades. After rubbing the pigment into the nail, it is sealed with a top coat. The sample in the picture was applied to a black base + top coat without a sticky layer.
