A pearlescent "mermaid" chameleon effect pigment containing fine glitter particles that changes colour when viewed from different angles. The attractive effect is achieved when the fine pollen is placed on a gel polish base colour of choice. It is applied over an already applied and baked top coat without a sticky layer. The microparticles capture the base color applied under the pigment, reflecting the light in different shades. After rubbing the pigment into the nail, it is sealed with a top coat. The bridges in the photos were applied to a white and black base + top coat without a sticky layer.
