Secretly Fairy Dust Magnetic Chameleon Pigment #3

Magnetic pigment with cat's eye effect. All you need is a magnet, a brush and a top coat. To get the desired effect, mix equal amounts of top coat and pigment. Mix them and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture, and apply with a brush on the nail. Then approach the magnet to obtain the desired effect and bake in a UV or LED lamp. After the pigment has baked off, seal the nail with a top coat. The swatch in the picture was applied to a black base + top coat without a sticky layer.
