Secretly Professional Filler Non Tacky Top Coat 2 Hybrid is a top coat. An ideal finish product, equally compatible with gel polish, gel and acrylic systems. The product has no tacky layer after baking, which makes it highly suitable for the application of pigments and effects created for use with a topcoat without a tacky layer.

Usage:
