Secretly Professional Rubber Matte top coat is a matte rubber top coat that has a subtle velvety effect after curing. Incredibly fine to the touch, it evens out nail unevenness and leaves no marks. The product has no sticky layer.

Usage:
Apply slowly and in a thicker layer over the desired gel polish colour, base or gel. Polymerizes for 60 seconds in a UV/LED lamp. The product has no sticky layer.
